I had thought and hoped that the railroads had finally learned their lessons vis-à-vis amateur railroad photographers. Quite a few of the railroads here in the USA have been hauled into court and have paid substantial settlements because of their unconstitutional infringement on amateur railroad photography rights. Just about everybody who attended the NRHS convention in Cedar Rapids, Iowa last month is vividly aware of this issue. The work shop regarding this problem was filled to overflowing.
Now here is AMTRAK in the latest incident. This is from www.pixiq.com, an online photography magazine.
Here is the link to the article: AMTRAK cops screw up. (My words)
Thanks to Michael Evans at www.macfilos.com for bringing this to my attention.
